What is the SMALLEST amount.......

200mgs/Deca week - 10 weeks. This of course was before the internet and would have been considered a silly waste of gear.
Gained about 7 - 10lbs.
 
Hey, this might just prove to those bros out there who sparingly use gear (1-3x a year) can EASILY get away woth low doeses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Ok here goes, My first ever gear usage. Was one blue Dbol per day for a month, Dont know what mg it was because I didnt know what mg was at that time. So it was either 5 0r 10mg. I didnt measure my actual bodyweight going up but my weights in the gym went up 22 lbs all round.
 
I gained 15 lbs from a single 10ml bottle of test cypionate, 1ml E5D.
 
And I know I got vasuclar and pretty damn strong from 20cc of 50mg Equipoise........


SO why are we contining to crank the doses?

Because we have beginners looking for shortcuts. Also there's a large group that don't believe you can put on muscle naturally. Just take note of all the Brad Pitt posts.
 
You'd be surprised how many CAN'T put on muscle naturally or very minimal after a certain extent.........so what is your consensus? Very light to mod. doses?

I call that a large group of punks. I could put 5 lbs of muscle on my mother.
 
hell my first cycle was 500mg test enanthate a week, but that was before i started reading this board and was told that was the "minimum" someone should use. I did gain 25lbs though and kept just about all of it
 
I think the point of this thread is being missed..most have listed there first or second cycle when the gear has a tremendous impact on ones physique..I think its more important to establish a minimum and not say ok i did one cycle of 500mg, for my second im doing 750 and by the third cycle theres probably 3 compounds in there totalling close to 1g if not more..and why?? would it not be smarter to say run 500mg of test for all your cycles with maybe an oral until that dose does not produce gains?? Quad has mentioned before that he stuck with 500mg of test for years before getting into higher dosed cycles!!!

Good point and K for you, Im on my 3rd cycle now and taking less than on my first 2. So well see how I grow this time. Ive only been on a week so its realy to early to have an opinion.

Damn bro......I couldn't have said it beter myself........tis why I do maybe 2 a year and continue to gain like a newbie! Aug.1 will be 500mg of 250 and 200mg of deca........a "waste" by most standards, but my liver is thanking me......

thats what im doing when i hit my next cycle, adding 30mg a dbol for 4 weeks and then 500mg enth again

not a waste if it you grow muscle on it!! i think for those who dont compete (thats me) 2 cycles per year are just about right assuming 10 weeks, on pct some natural training then another 10 weeker plus pct.. covers almost the whole year!!

Good point. Its important to know your goals. What do you expect to keep out of a cycle and why are you doing it? These arent vitamins were taking, these are powerful chemicals that have a significant impact on our hormonal axis. My first cycle was 13 yrs ago (well before the internet), 1 tab A50 eod. I was too scared and didnt know how to do injectables. I blew up like a balloon and didnt really keep any solid gains. Never used anadrol again.
 
MY first cycle I put on 18 lbs on iml of cyp like DT. Since then I have found 500mgs of test with 25 mg/day dbol is a great size and strength cycle for me. I won't be changing that until the gains no longer come. Everyone is different, I believe you should always start out low until you find what works for you. The only other cycle I have done aside from the test/dbol was tren/winny Prop 76/45/ mg day and 100mg eod of prop. That cycle completely transformed me. Lost 3.5% and put on about 12 lbs of muscle on a ckd diet which was exactly what I was looking to do.

georgie hows the QGL gear treating you? there test/tren combo looks good plus theres a nice sale on test enanth!!
 
in 8 weeks i gained around 22 lbs with 14 amps (some sust some omans) each 250 mg btw

and about 150 5 mg dbols
it was a good time :)
 
These are some GREAT results with low doses!! Just goes to show you that you don't need 1 gram of Gear for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd cycle like SOOOO many still recommend. Heck!! I think ALOT of guys would gain a good amount of size & strength off of Test Enanthate or Cypionate@200-300mgs/wk as a base. With some additions like Deca/EQ@200-300mgs/wk or Dbol@20-25mgs ED or Winny@25-50mgs ED for a few weeks. The focus should be on training, recuperation & diet(300-400+ grams of Protein ED). If most would do this, you'd definitely would see more and more 10-15lb gains off low doses.
 
MAD Props to Jkurz1 for even bringing the topic up. It seems SOOOO many guys act like they were embarrased to even bring the topic up. Like taking less than 500mgs/wk of Gear made you less than a man or something. :)

I see a lot of posts about using these huge amounts of gear all year long. I feel the need to drop my two cents here.

Gigantasor says "Don't be a Fuc*ing idiot".

There are very few people out there that are smart enough, educated enough, experienced enough and who can exercise the proper amount of self control to utilize huge sums of gear. Use your brain. All things in moderation is the key. You have your whole life to pack on mass.

Rome was not built in a single day my friends. Patience is a virtue especially when working with such substances as we all frequently sling.

Hard work, diet and dedication will get you amazing results. Throw in a bit of assistance a couple of times a year and you will make steady consistent gains that you can hold onto without the need for a constant IV running into your body pumping enough gear to maintain what you cannot hold onto on your own. Plus your liver will thank you for it.

WOW!! I'm suprised more guys haven't chimed in yet with more experiences ore endorsements for small doses. I'd thought this thread would be on it's 3rd page by now. I guess small to moderate doses aren't too popular anymore. :(

Can't wait now...I'm gonna save some serious cash by taking my next proposed cycle and splittin it in half.......prob. 400mg of test, 200mg of deca.........100mg of prop e3d for fit three weeks to jump start.........for 10 weeks

rest 10

Then I'll go 50g of winny eod. w/250mg of eq........for 10 weeks........
