What is the proper dose of Aromasin?

There is going to be many different factors that will determine proper dose. Are you sure adex has a half life of 4-6 hours, I have seen different. I'll check on Half life of Aromasin. Sent you a PM with some info.

Well I hope .25mg will suffice for a cycle with 600mg Cyp/week, 40mg D-bol ED and 100mg Prop EOD for the first 3 and last 3 weeks. Wutcha think?

The elimination half life of Arimidex is 50hr or so, not 6hr. It might take 6hr for the full dosage to be distributed through the body I guess. The drug very significantly reduces E2 levels in just 24hrs. Levels remain at a steady-state after a couple weeks of daily dosing in women. Levels recover after a week without the drug.

With HRT test and .25mg Adex EOD I have maintained steady mid-normal E2 levels for over a year now. I've had E2 checked over and over and over in that timeframe. There's no reason to split Adex up through the day.

I'd use proportionally similar amounts of Aromasin as Adex. Testing for E2 after 2wk of Aromasin, and again 2wk after any dosage adjustment, will tell you definitively where you need to be.

Do not over-suppress your E2!

So knowbody knows for sure what is the correct dosage to use huh? Damn!!!
And its going to make a huge difference also depending on how much Test someone is using per week!!!

A few bros have complained about take Adex and still getting gyno/bloat. But I believe it is due to Adex's short half-life of only 4-6hours. My book here says that bros should really be splitting their Adex dose to 2-3 times a day. Due to Adex's short half-life.

like someone stated earlier there is no "correct dose" every one reacts different to aromasin. what works for some will be way too much for others. you have to trial and error with this. get blood work done is the best way. but start at 10mg/day and see what happens, if it's too much, you could do it EOD also instead of taking half a dose.
