What is the name of this exercise when you get on your knees or into a full squat, and press either dumbells or a barbell overhead?

Not everybody here is bodybuilding.
Its an exercise for your core stability/strength, not for your shoulders or legs. Given the fact the weights you use are so small, your shoulders aren't doing all that much work.

I know Rev and I didn`t intend to say these (overhead squat) was what you were talking about. Rather that the exercise you mention was something "like" or along the lines aka in the same class as the movement you are describing. Let us know how it went![]()
