What Is The Legality Of Possessing Clen?

I am thinking of trying some clen to cut up this summer. I was wondering if possession is illegal and what is the legality of it?

i dont think its controlled..
so no jailtime thats for sure..

No its not controlled. It is, however, not approved by the FDA and therefore illegal to possess. I have never heard of anybody going to jail or being arrested for clen but it can certainly be confiscated.
