What percent of body fat can one keep year around with a fairly good diet, 4-5days a week of intense training. When I go to Spring break I go on a high protein low carb diet 3 months before I leave and drop my bf a few percents to 8-9.
What is the highest BF % you can still look solid at? Because after this cycle I am going to try to keep a steady bf year around.
