I lost some muscle while working an overnight shift the past 4 months and was on no anabolics the whole time, probably the lightest Ive been in years. I just got off of thenight shift and started my new cycle to put back on the muscle I lost and then some. Heres what I went with, nice and simple:

wks 1-12 deca @ 600/wk
Hcg throughout
wks 10-16 Winny @ 50mg/day
