I have been doing 2 weeks of clen and 2 weeks of Adderlin. I would say the adderlin is a great stimulant but can make you a little shaky till you get used to it. Both are great for fat burning along with lots of cardio and a proper diet.

^^^ your kidding right, what does running 7 miles have anything to do with burning fat. You will be burning muscle as well if you do that and if your goal isnt to increase aerobic capacity and endurance its pointless. Sorry but I cant stand people like you, if you wanna be all natural good for you but dont expect any rewards for it

Why do you say the adderlin makes you shaky?

It just puts me right on the verge of a slight tremor..I'm very sensitive to that since I do surgery and everyone sees my hands during surgery. Clen can be worse as far as sides.
I like Adderlin a lot.....otherwise I wouldn't take it.
