what is the best anti-e?

I'm planning a 12-wk cycle of 500mg test + 400mg eq. What anti-e will be most effective at reducing bloat on this cycle?

thanks.

P.S. Please don't say that I won't get bloated at 500mg of test or that bloating isn't a problem. I've gotten puffy using much less and I'm not interested in looking like a marshmellow, so let's just say that it's a problem for me. thanks again.

Anti-E's are like nolva, or clomid. You really need an aromatase inhibitor. I like low dose letrozole the best. .25 every/or every other day is enough to keep the bloat away, and wont effect your wood, or lipid profiles. Everyone reacts diferently to everything, but this works best for me.

Even 1/4 to 1/2 tab ED completely destroyed my lipid profile on one of my cycles. Letrozole & Anastrozole are notorious for doing this. Go with Exemstane you can't go wrong. Money wise - not the best option, health wise - the best option.

There is much debate on this topic. Many guys will swear Ldex, others like Femera, others do fine using Nolva. I get bloodwork routinely to check everything. Based on my experiences and my blood work, I have to say Aromasin or the generic equivalent, exemestane, works best for me.

Aromasin is very strong and I think some people over do it. Try 1/2 tab E3D, and if you feel it isn't keeping bloat issues under control, then go to 1/2 tab EOD, but I doubt you need more than 1/2 tab E3D with 500mgs EW of Test.

Keep in mind, you dont want to totally suppress E. E is good and has benefits. Your goal should be to keep the E in check, not total suppression.

So mark me down for one vote on Aromasin.

thanks for all of the great, informative responses.

are there any health risks associated with Aromasin/exemestane?

where can I find more information about this and other aromotase inhibitors?

thanks a lot.

Definitely Aromasin...This one has no effect on serum lipids, and IGF levels. It is also for the most part(sensible user)devoid of negative effects on libido. For you 12.5-25mg eod will be sufficient.

Trust me when I tell you, you do not need 25mg EOD. 6.25ED MAX or 1/2 tab eod. Some people on a gram or more may need a different dose. You do not need more than 1/2 tab eod with 500mg of test EW. ever.

Good point(s) - even for you - :)

In all seriousness, aromasin is by far the best overall anti-e for many reasons that I'm too lazy to list but the total elimination of estrogen is not a good thing at all. Aromasin is best used as described above.
