Dude, the best pro-hormone supplement is (and I am afraid to say it in front of all the hardcore juice heads) is MAG-10 by Biotest. Before I did my first serious juice cycle, I did 2 x 8 week cycles of MAG-10 at double dosing... thats one bottle per week... quite expensive but def worth it. First cycle I put on about 16lbs lean muscle and second cycle a little less about 14lbs... so I guess I would recommend it
However, it is VERY IMPT when taking any of these ergogenic aids to have a very good and clean diet or it will simply not work. Therefore, you also need 1.5-2.0grams /protein per lb and 3-4grams complex carbs per lb and less than 50gms total fat PER DAY. That is a lot of food or food+supplements and you must incorporate these into your finances as it can mount up.
On top of that I trained 2x day, for 3days on and then 1day off repeating the schedule.
Day 1 AM Chest PM Shoulders
Day 2 AM Hamstrings PM Quads
Day 3 AM Back PM Arms
Abs were done every day x4sets altenating upper abs with lower abs each day.
I would train 2x day for 2weeks, and then the next week, just train one body part once a day, and then I would be back on 2x day again.
