What is Ref b best to mix with?

Putting it in gel caps is going to be too much of a pain in
ass.What should I mix it with to mask some of the taste
Coke,OJ ???

At first I mixed it with OJ and could hardly tell, but then I heard it was better to just let it sit under your tongue. So I started to to do that and just grinned and beared it.

I would put them in gel caps. Its oliy, which you know, and if you mix it in a drink it is likely to stick to the sides of the cup and you will end up loosing alot of it.
Hey, i once knew an idiot that went through one night and putt all his ref in gelcaps thinking it would save him time in the long run. Well when he got home later that night he found that he was left with a big pile of runny ooze. Hah hah, jackass

also take it under the tongue and bear it...I have a buddy that takes it under the tongue and lets it sit for a minute then washes it down with grapefruit juice...good luck!

What I do is put the reforvit in a little childrens tylenol dropper or something of that sort. Carry it around with you and measure your proper dose amount with the handy dandy dropper it comes with. Who gives a shit if it tastes bad, you'll get use to it. Taking it by itself is guaranteed not to waste any. Try that it's better than trying to fill those stupid ass caps all the time.
