What is Making Me So Irritable the Clen Or the Test or a Combo of the Two?

I am getting so irritable the last few days. I am on about week 9 of test and are thinking about going another 3 do to taking T3 to prevent muscle loss. But the clen I started last week and man this crap makes me feel weird. So I have a few questions if ya'll don't mind.

Does clen make you feel weird the entire time you are on it or do you get used to it after a while?

Does clen make you irritable(man, I am jumping on my kids over anything) or is it just me being so long in my test cycle?

How do you take your clen pills through the day?
 
I also got a edgy when I started taking clens. It made me jumpy. I was coming of sust and going into fina (orally) and it made unusually irritable. I think its bc it fucks with your nerves. thus, resulting in bad temper. I noticed I was arguing with my girlfriend constantly. the bad part was that I couldn't really control my temper.

after a 3-4 weeks it wasn't nearly as bad.


I usually take 3 in the morning-- 5 before working out and a couple more in the early evening.
 
if you want to sleep at night take them before 16 h.

I never had problems with Clen. Except accelerated heartbeat. And difficulties at night getting to sleep;

You should only take them for 2 weeks then 2 weeks off.

Thanks man so you do mellow after 3 or 4 weeks? I can't believe you took 5 before working out without killing any of the dweebs in the gym. Hope I can last that long. How much weight did you lose?

Oh one more question. I am up to two pills a day on my T3 cycle how should I take them? Spread em out or together?


Jeff, that is the exact way I am doing them. I am just on about day 5.

I would spread out the dosage. That's how I do it, and that how I was told to do it when I first took it back in Jan. I never lost much fat, but I did gain a good bit after I finished the T3 cycle. I guess my thyroid was a bit slow......hmmmmm, imagine that.
 
I take them as so:

2weeks on, 1week off, 1week on, 1week off, 1week on --then I'm done.
during the weeks off I take hydroxys or xenedrin. after the last week on I go back to xen or hydrox... for one more week.

I tried 2weeks on/off and I feel that's a good rule of thumb to go by however, what I explained works best for me. to start do the 2weeks on/off and experiment to see what works better for you.

I lost like 3-5 pounds. My goal was to maintain and cut up.

I like to somewhat spread them out. figure 1 in the morning 3 before the gym and 1 in the afternoon/early evening.
I like to take more before the gym so I can sweat as much as I can while I'm training. through out the day I take it with meals just to aid in protein synthesis. on days off I spread them out evenly.

also, I agree with unAbomber, clens definitely make edgier than test.
