I must sound dumb huh? I never heard of it though. I have been around this stuff for a while, but I NEVER heard of that!

I'd like some info on it too. I did do a search but it is only mentioned in use with a cycle, not what it does how it should be used, prices, etc.
To tell the truth I never heard of it til I started reading this board.
I even did a search on the web and found out:
Arimidex
Treats breast cancer in women who have gone through menopause.
And brand name Arimidex is REAL expensive.
I've learned alot of shit since I found this site, and appreciate all the help you guys give, but a search on this one didn't give me any real info. Any info would help from what I did find out it sounds like something I might like.

Arimidex/Liquidex is an aromatise inhibitor. It stops anabolics from aromatizing to estrogen to a certain degree. Where nolvadex blocks estrogen receptor sites in the breat tissue, arimidex stops estrogen conversion altogether. Usually .5 - 1mg ED or EOD is sufficent for preventing aromatization.

I would give credit to the poster, but I'm not sure if that's a good idea.
Chemical: Anastrozole
Brand Names: Arimidex (tablet form), Liquidex (new liquid form)
Dosage and Common Uses:
Most bodybuilders using Arimidex as an anti-aromitase in the place of Clomid, Nolvadex, etc. although you will still need clomid to "jump start" the testes after a cycle. Bodybuilders are using anywhere from .25mg to 1mg per day or .5 mg to 1mg every other day with great results. It is mainly being used to prevent gynecomastia (bitch tits) and bloating (edema) associated with the use of injectible testosterones and other androgens that can possibly convert to estrogen. It is also said to somewhat reverse existing gynecomastia, but this is still up for debate.
Liquidex is a new product, which is is now available (as of May, 2001). This product comes in a 20ml bottle and contains 4mg/ml and is said to be available domestically for as low as $260 per bottle (as opposed to $540 or more for the same amount in tablet form). This product costs a little less than half of what Arimidex costs. A box of 28 1mg tablets of Arimidex is typically sold for around US$190-300 on the black market. Just like anything else, the cost will depend on where you get it and who you get it from.
