how does body digest that kind of intake? you probably eat too? is the body actually able to process no matter what the amount of calories/protein/carbs you put into your body postworkout or is there some sort of limit????

these two forms of gluclose r best after weight training because they 'refuel' or replenish ure muscles the best out of any carb. fruit is not as good because it replenishes ure liver stores, which is good in terms of being healthy, but not interms of muscle replenishment.
however they should be taking in conjunction with a high protein liquid for full benefit.
i personally do not take them...though have just started taking a recovery drink straight after w/outs. It is high in carbs and most of it is sugar..this will go straight to my torn muscles, giving my muscles the fuel it needs.
please correct me if i am wrong...but thats my 2c

OKIE.. Last question.....your post-workout shake..... Have you ever tried the post-workout formula? Hydro 520 and Dex/Maltodex carbs? Yours seems like it should help keep you anabolic for a little longer with the diff types of protein....I feel the dextrose is a little hard on my stomach? I may change the dex to maltodextrin.
Thanks.....
