Basically its a hormone that prego women create.

Both women and men can use it.

Unprego women can use it to aid in weight loss.

Guys use it on cycle to keep the nuts going preventing shutdown.

9 times out of 10 google answers my question so I don't have to ask.

Alcatraz, I know exactly where you are coming from. It's amazing that people are happy to waste other people's time asking questions that have been answered hundreds of times, and yet are not willing to do a quick and easy Google search.
