fuck yeah. one day i was 5'7"/5'8" 187lbs and next day i was same height (i think, lol) and 181lbs. no diet change, same time of day after the same post w/o regimen. no sense to it at all.
 
oh yeah, to actually answer the question...i'd like to be ~210 and low BF of course at 5'7"-5'8". too much more and i'd look like shit even with low BF. can't be short and too big or it ruins the look if you ask me.
 
Ever changing...I think i actually have a complex now. When I got out of highschool 5'11" 165lbs I wanted to be 200lbs..then in college I grew an inch to 6' but was only 185. After college when i stopped doing Crew (rowing) I got up to 200...then I wanted to be 225...hit that goal 3 years ago..then I wanted to be 250...never thought I was big enough...hit 255 this year but the BF was out of control around 18%...i got winded walking the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment...now I want to be 225 with BF 10% or less. My luck if I get there I will still feel to small.
 
goal= 6'2" 280lbs 8%

right now= 5'10" 235lbs 9-10% :D
 
Hehe I actually got the height but not the weight lol.

I am currently 6'3 and 230lbs (just dieted down from 258lbs). Funny cause I thought I was at around 15% when I was 258lbs lol, but now when I look at the pictures all I can think of is "damn I was fat." I am probably around 10% now, damn I feel small ... for my height 230 is really nothing lol. :bawling:

Oh well, I am not even 20 ... maybe in another 2years. :p

Right now = 6'2, 208, 5.7%BF (lifetime natty)

Goal = 6'2, 225, 6%BF

I got a ways to go, but I have some decent genetics. It's hard to fill out being this tall, but when you do you look like a fucking monster. YIPEE!!!!!!

No offense, but did you mistype that? You look about 100 pounds shy of what you said to me. Perhaps it is just the pic...


My goal is ever changing. If I had to nail it down right now, I'd say I'd like to be about 230 at 9% bf. I'll let you know how I feel when I get there.

I'm 6'3" too. I don't think it's the hight that's throwing me.
 
6'2" is the height i'm at and is the exact height i've always wanted to be.

My goal is 6'2" 240 9%bf... aka- arnold's statistics.

no I don't have a belly but I am 35 lbs heavier now...still runnin a sub 5.0 forty...but I sure as hell would rather be called fat than to have someone say i look like I weigh 190 lbs --that shit gets in my head, now I'm gonna have a "small day" lol

I have a buddy I train with sometimes and he is 5'8'' and shredded at about 200 lbs and he looks bigger than me because he has small wrists and joints. The funny thing is that my arms are like 5 inches bigger...being short has advantages

Yes, being short does make you look bigger. But there is nothing quite as impressive as tall guy that's big and hard. I am 6'2 and only weigh 208 but everyone thinks I weigh atleast 220. My Bf is around 6%, so that definitely has something to do with it. I just sounded really cocky, believe me I'm not (didn't know how else to phrase it). When someone is tall and stacked it's awesome. It is harder to get that way, but once you do it's all good. I can't wait to get there. :p

Ha! You don't quite look 190 - I was just trying to make it clear that I thought you looked much less than 300 pounds in the avatar.

By the picture you posted I can tell you are a good deal bigger than I had thought. There there bro.
