What Is Everybody's Ideal Height And Weight?

My ideal height and weight that i want to acheive is 5'11", 200 lbs, 6% body fat. What is everybody's?

I hope to grow to 5"9/10, 225, 10% Within the next two years. If not the height, at least the weight and BF

I'm about 167, at 10-12%. I'd love to be 175 at 6-8%. Hopefully that's around where I'll be at the end of the summer. Of course, I may go heavier at the same BF% if I feel there's more to be done.

I'm not after freaky mass. Heck, I'll probably never have it anyway on my frame. Just trying to look like a men's fitness model.

I'd like to be 185lbs with minimal fat gain by the start of August. After that, time for a new goal. I'll never be satisfied and will constantly be changing where I want to be.

i weigh 221 with about 16% bodyfat, i wanna be 245 to 250 and 9% bodyfat.
