what is courage ?

it's paradoxal the courageous acts of frightened people... in war for example...

maybe fear is needed for you to say it was a courageous act. and you can't say that a guy perform courageously if he was not fear.

what do you think ?

anyone ever rear an article of Ivan Sutherland about courage ? i would like very much to have this paper... if someone have it ...
