Ok, I am finding 2 things out foreign is no longer the way to go. Secondly, I keep reading about controlled delivery. what the hell is that?

Better! But how does a controlled delivery go down? How do you know if it is happening?

you should get to know your mailman. when i got hit, the postal inspector was dressed as a delivery man. he stopped his truck in the street (not my driveway like every other time i got a package). also, be suspicious if he does not have any of your other mail. if my brain had been working i would known something was up, i should have known better.

Be sure and take a quick look around when you take the package. When I was set up if I had looked around the room at the post office I would have noticed the 2 FBI agents watching me. Most people will tell you that the agents were right there when the delivery took place but they didn't see them. This is not failsafe but it's something to cut down your chances of getting arrested.
