15 yr here (john, not chris) do you guys really think, judging by my pics I should weight lift instead of losing weight?? I have some "abflab" thats it, im not fat at all
 
23 year old here (GenetiKing not Randy). At your age I would take lots of DHEA, eat tons of broccoli, and do hyperextensions until you were big as Chris, or Randy, or Chris Cormier...or whatever.

Yes, lift and eat.

4% bodyfat on a 5'9", 200 pound individual is impressive.

4% bodyfat on a 5'9", 130 pound individual is disgusting.
