dieters multi 1 pill every 2 hours
creatine 5g 2-4 times a day
glutamine 5g 5 times a day
hydroxycut 4 pills 3 times a day
ala 100mg 6-10 times a day
chromium 500mcg 2 times a day
vitamin c 1000 with each meal
calcium 2 wafers
bcaa 12 pills pre workout
whey protien 4 servs.
but now i just use is a whey protien,multi vitmain, and im gonna start to use fat burner and creatine and glutamine again.
