**also taking arimidex is good too and you can up the anadrol to 100mgs for 1 or both of the weeks...also i would still take arimdiex on the off weeks...liquidex is cheap take that at 1/4cc ed or eod...and you can make it EOD on the weeks off***



**TAKE LIVER PROTECTORS ALA AT 600-1000MGS+/DAY GET THAT FROM www.kilosports.com and go to www.anabolicfitness.net go to there AF store and buy there liver protector...drink 1-2 gallons of water a day..cranberry extract at 800-2000mgs/day...ALA is also good for bulking and cutting and good for the liver!!!..take ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal help you take down more protein..do a search for it if you want to read about it..MARCO had a great post on ginger root long ago...

clomid after cycles...arimidex is good too

Is this your first cycle bro? At 5' 10" & 245lbs you are pretty big! A good bulking cycle that was reffered to me is listed below.

Weeks 1-12 Deca 400mgs

Weeks 1-12 Sust. 250 500mgs

Weeks 5-8 D-bol 30mgs

Weeks 1-12 Arimidex 1/4mg ED

Three weeks after last shot start Clomid Therapy
