what is a good hardning stack?

I'm looking to get a little harder, I was thinking of doing winstol and primo or one of these by themselves any suggestions?

cardio, diet maybe some clen if you need them.

its bad ass cuz i do jeet kun do/boxing/groundfighting as well as hitting the gym,,its crazy cuz i will bust my ass training MMA and then i am still so pumped i hit the iron dungeon and get fuckin crazy, i walk around there like tito walks into the octagon....fuckin insane
