I'm a fan of Creatine Alpha-Ketogluterate. CAKG is simply a creatine molecule with alpha-ketogluterate added to aid in absorption and uptake. AKG is a precursor of glutamine and is absorbed by the intestines eliminating the gastrointestinal problems sometimes associated with other types of creatine like monohydrate. Also with this product their is really no need to load as you begin taking the supplement as you do with other creatines.
I have found CAKG in Anavol by NxCare (I think it's called NxLabs now) though I'm sure their are many other companies who use CAKG. That said I have never tried MCC or TCM.
I think it goes generally in order of absorption and decreasing side effects: Mono--CEE--CAKG/MCC/TCM. I think MCC and TCM are actually derivitaves of CEE or combinations of CEE with other creatines. Again though my knowledge about those creatines is limited. Hope that helps
EDIT: Sorry I just realized you were wondering about powders, Anavol isn't a powder. CAKG might be made in a powder but I don't know how that would effect transport.
