im only little - 5'11 about 170 pounds

can you let me know if this looks good

meal 1 8AM - nlarge II, banana
P35, C70, F5

meal 2 10:30AM - 4x weetbix, 2x wholemeal toast, 100g fat free yoghurt, chicken breast
P45, C100, F10

meal 3 1PM - nlarge II
P35, P50, F5

meal 4 3:30PM - changes - chicken sandwich or low fat healthy subway or eggs, + fruit
approx P30 C80 F10

meal 5 (dinner) 6PM - kangaroo, pasta, veggies
P50, C80, F10

meal 6 8:30PM - nlarge II
P35, C80, F10

meal 7 (before bed) 11PM - chicken breasts, unsalted peanuts
P40, C10, F40

thats non work out days. workout days i have whey protein post workout wiht 50g dextrine

What is weetbix? if this is oatmeal, just eat old fashioned oats.

Does nlargeII have alot of sugar? (what is nlargeII?)--if it does, then I think you have too much sugar in your diet. You have a banana for meal one, then you have fruit for meal 4, then you have all that yogurt (how many carbs of this is Sugar?).

You have really good protein sources. I would eat beef though, lean beef will not hurt, or lean ground turkey.

No Tuna? You have chicken twice with a poss. for a third time..tuna is good.

The unsalted peanuts are awesome, I have them every night.

I am one inch shorter and weigh 4 pounds less..so I can relate. I am also trying to bulk...#1 Q though, how many calories is this??

yeah the Nlarge has assloads of sugar. I don't know how you personally feel about that (diabetes runs in my family so I avoid it like the plague)

but I also consider that empy calories.....
