what if your pack is given to someone else (by mistake)

Say you have a box at MBE or some place similar. Your pack does not fit in your box and is kept behind the counter. Someone (who you do not know) comes in to collect their mail and is given your pack by accident.

If the person who gets your pack opens it and realizes there is an illegal substance in it and calls authorities, what can happen to you? And what precautions should you take?

The pack does have your real name on it and the MBE place has all your correct info (address, phone, etc.).

In all likelihood, law enforcement will repack the parcel, and with the store manager's cooperation, stake-out the store and wait for the subject to come and accept the parcel and then make the collar. The cases go both ways on this, but in some jurisdictions judges have even found sufficient PC to issue a warrant for the search of the subject's residence.
