what if your on hrt say 400mg entanate a week for life some recommend using .25mg arimadex is there anything else thati would benefit from.

400 mgs testosterone EW is far from HRT. My only comment would be that if and once you have committed to this, spend some time having your blood work done so that you can find the optimal arimidex dosage in regards to preventing estrogen related side effects while keeping your cholesterol in the healthy range.

BTW...On average, 35-50 mgs testosterone EW usually reestablishes a patients total testosterone levels to the high normal range. This is the goal of HRT.
