I just got back from a cruise to the Carribean, and when I left I weighed 212lbs. I am running sust/deca. Anyway, I tried to refrain from the great food on the ship, but half way through the week I said fuck it and ate like a pig. I figured I would gain a few pounds and just have to work it off when I got back.
I worked out twice on the ship, but the gym sucked, so I never went back.
Anyway, first day back I hit the gym, and I weigh 204lbs. How did I loose weight when I didn't workout, ate like a hog, and and didn't do any cardio?
