What foods have low sodium?

I'm having a hell of a time trying to eat only low sodium and low sugar foods. Can any of you help me out with a list of low sodium and low sugar foods that you try to stick to when dropping 10-15 pounds? Thanks for anything...Fire
 
basically anything that is not processed should have relatively low amounts of sodium unless you go with table salt. Low sodium/sugar foods consist of unprocessed meats, vegetables, whole grain pastas and breads, unsalted butter, low sodium cheeses, oatmeal, brown rice, things like this..
