What excuse to give to the Gyno Surgeon!

Well, I have an appt. with the good ole' surgeon next thursday on the 13th. I was hoping that after 6 weeks of heavy anti-e therapy, i might see some change - even the slightest in the gyno that i got from tren. In fact, it just kept getting bigger and harder and more painful. I switched over to femara/nolva about a week ago, and yes, I know its early, so I figured, I would go in and get the consultation and maybe put the actual surgery off for a few months , just in case, maybe by the grace of God that I can reverse this gyno on my own without the need of surgery.

So, what I was wondering is how do I approach him about the explanation? I mean, now that I have been doing extreme cardio for the past 6-7 weeks, I still have maintained a decent amount of muscle from my past cycles, not much, but its still hanging on, so I dont look like i've been on gear. I originally was going to go the route of using the excuse that 'lunesta' caused this, but since I can't find any actual cases reported on the net, I don't think he will buy it, considering, the warnings on the label say, "may cause breast growth in males," but what I say is, "what kind of breast growth? muscular or glandular? gyno? or what?" I asked my doctor buddy and he's never heard of any cases reported in his practice of hormone replacement therapy, so he told me I better do more research into this before claiming it.

On the other hand, I thought of using the story of that I used to be a fatty and lost 30-40 pounds over the past year or so, so I never really noticed this until now- now that i'm under 10% bf, and for some weird reason, my nips started hurting so i went to a doc , had him check it, blood tests, blah blah. and blah.

Or, should I just say, 'yeah i was a big dummy and tried tren and I got this from it.."

Cuz I have to tell ya, I really want to get back on the sauce if I can reverse this myself or if after surgery, if he removes the gland or partial removal, that it won't happen again. I'm getting really, really , really REALLY tired of being on anti-e's,serms, etc, because my body is starting to take a toll because of it. My joints are hurting and sometimes, it's all I can do to type - and that's what I do at my work - computer work 8 hours straight and my tendons and joints are killing me. I honestly do not know how much longer I can do this.

Any help or suggestions from you all will be most appreciated, in spirit and in karma! :)

man, i sure did love juicing when i was on .. lol..

You don't need to explain shit to the doctor. Don't ever tell him you've been on gear. Just tell'em that no matter how much bf you loose, your breast never seem to go down and that they get sore from time to time.
However, I wouldn't go to see the Doc right after the cycle lol.

Telling the doctor about gear use may result him in thinking you need to live with the consequences, so this must be avoided. I can't think of anything right now cause my minds shutting off, bed time soon.

Have the doctor remove the tissue that causes gyno while he is cutting your lump out.

Don't tell him anything unless he asks, and what do you care if he knows whether or not you juice anyway. He can't tell on you. If he doesn't perform the surgery, go to another doctor or bring up the hippocratic oath and ask him why he made an oath in med school and is now refusing to help a person in need of medical help.

Simple. Just tell the guy you have gyno and it's very painful. It's preventing you from doing your job properly, and it's causing you great pains - which it is.

Most Dr's here in Phoenix have heard it all-and you're not going to be anything out of the ordinary. I'd tell him you used AAS and you were one of the unlucky ones this shit happens to. The only reason I wouldn't say anything about AAS is if you're trying to pull some insurance scam. All the Dr's give a shit about is getting paid. If they were to rat you out they'd be shooting themselves in the foot. It would prevent other guys from going to him for the same surgery. If you're paranoid call around for consultations first. Tell them the truth. If they seem like assholes, call another one. There's a bazillion of cosmetic surgeons here to choose from.

i agree with cracker...i'd just tell him the truth....he may decide on that factor to remove the gland all together and save you pains in the future.....i know around here plastic surgeons do this kind of work and like cracker said, all they give a shit about is getting paid...he's not your normal general physician...he does shit like this for a living.....he shouldn't judge!!

Chances are if you look like Im guessing most of the people who post here do, he is going to heavilly suspect it. When I went in to see the doc about my arm/shoulder injury that was the first thing out of his mouth.

Sparetire- Dummy up! You're not a doctor, so tell him your problem and if he says "Well, how do you think you got this way?" I'd say "I'm not a doctor, I have no idea". He can make accusations and speculate, but REMEMBER- His Hippocratic oath binds him to treat, NOT JUDGE. He's going to somehow 'punish' you by not treating you??? They treat convicted murderers that get injured, but not a dude with gyno? No, no, no... I'd never admit to steroid use, and if he persists I would tell him that the matter is not open for discussion. He's getting paid, you're getting fixed- thats it. Be strong, you'll breeze right through it! :coffee:

you guys are right, I will 'dummy' it up. It's only a consultation, and like I said, i will put the surgery off for 2 months to see if anything changes while I'm on this letro/nolva combo. I seriously doubt that any plastic surgeon would refuse to fix gyno even if he knew what it was for, I would think a lecture would come my way from him. It seems most doctors give that after the fact lecture..I'll let you guys know what happens next thursday. But you are right Mr. X, it is painful and I don't know where it came from! lol.
