...and how can I get rid of them???? Im not on anything except hgh right now but ive been getting them while squatting and doing shrugs, and its not any other kind of back pain because I know what the pumps feel like and these are definatly back pumps. Ive been bulking naturally lately and my workouts are really heavy and intense so is it just a transition thing since ive been training much much harder lately????

I've never experienced these not even on dbol. Don't think you can get rid of em though.

You can lower your sodium intake, increase potassium, taurine, calcium and up your water to 1 1/2 to 2 gallons per day. That's what I did and I still get them once and a while but no where as bad as before.

Ab work help with my back pumps. I also lightly stretch during my warm up sets. Stretching out quads, hams, and really focusing on my IT band. I find when that is tight... it leads to painful back pumps.
