what else to mix with brown rice?

I believe its called carb options that makes a very good line of products that you can pick up in any grocery store. They're pretty knew but seem to be carried by everyone now. The other thing I use is salsa, the Taco Bell brand of medium salsa tastes delicious when put on chicken and rice.

Salsa is good to use on almost any diet because it's almost calorie free :D.

I tried the Carb Options Ranch Dressing for the first time yesterday. It was a little pricey, but I do have to admit that it's pretty good. I was a little surprised by it.
It's got 17g's of fat which is a gram or 2 more than regular ranch I think don't quote me on that I haven't looked it up but it only has 2.5g's of Sat Fat and it's Trans Fat Free. Splenda did a good job on sweetening it :p

Fish sauce, lime and fresh chillies.

ANd if you're feeling adventurous - throw that in a frying pan with some scallions and 2 or 3 eggs - instant stir fry

i use it for almost everything. Tuna, rice, salad dressing.

Lemon is a natural duretic too.

If you feel like having a cheat day make home made fresh cut french fries and put lemon and oregano on them. if you like eat it with some feta cheese. Good stuff :)
