I think what he's saying is; why do the cannibus boards not have a stickys that say things like "How to buy pot online", "How to get a source", "sources read this", etc.-like the roid boards do, in other words roid users are able to get away with a little more, i think mostly because roids are a sched III drug; mood altering drugs are sched I; they're not drugs that people use to get stoned or wasted on and you can't really say they are addictive; so the govt regulates them and prosecutes users of them in a different way..
