What does your workout look like while trying to loose weight?

I use to work out a lot in high school for football. Well I am back at it for a month now, and really enjoy working out. I am looking for a higher intense workout to help me loose weight. I am a mesomorph body type. So I don't have a problem putting muscle on, but have a hard time loosing weight.

SO I was wondering if someone knows of some workouts that are more full body type workouts. I am looking to do more supersets, full body motion type stuff to keep my heart rate up during a workout. ANy advice would be great, thanks.
 
same thing as when I am trying to gain weight? but maybe with a little less enthusiasm ... as I don't have much energy from not eating anything, lol.
 
Whether you gain or lose weight depends entirely on how many calories you take in vs how many you burn off.

Diet is key. Keep your workout similar.
 
Not much different Honestly.

I lie to myself and set up schedules where I try and do 2-3 full body workouts a week (doing 2-3 sets of the heavy, compound lifts to keep BMR and Testosterone production high) and focus on cardio during the days between... But in reality, all the planning and obsessing doesn't translate into better results, and therefore I rarely stick to my plans!

I just keep a super strict diet, do some low intensity cardio every day (5 miles walking round trip to the gym, saves on gas and parking too) and do my normal lifting routines at 75% volume (low calories = lower physical output for me). I'll usually subconsciously kick up the cardio, doing a bit more HIIT work here and there... But nothing major.
 
my training stays the same routine and weight on the bar . what i change is ill do 30 mins bike rideing ( fasted cardio with 5g bcaa) then come home have 30g whey 50g hi gi carbs n about 20 mins later hit the iron for about and hour . then after another 30g of whey and another 50g of hi gi carbs .
