Also the more water you drink the less you retain in your fat. that is why you look more shredded..and yes cold water just above freezing is good..it takes energy to warm it up to body temp. energy=calories
Water intoxication does exist and can cause serious health issues, but as stated in previous threads it is rare. I would like to know the research for what actually causes these issues. If there is a relationship b/w the amount of water intake compared to the nutrient intake.
