What doctor for puffy nips??

25 years old.

I have had puffy nips since I was a teenager. I def had gyno as a teen bc I remember the hard lumps in my nipples

As of now I have no lumps in my actual nipple but surrounding both nipples are a bunch of bumps or lumps. And excess fat.

I really want to get this look at by a professional to make sure this does not turn into cancer and eventually get the lumps removed.

What type of doctor should I go to????

You could start with a urologist (yes, I said urologist) or endocrinologist or if it were me, I'd google for a plastic surgeon that does gynecomastia and go straight to him.
