What do you use toplay mp3's on ur computer?

i tried the new winamp3, but i kept jerking around

iTunes in windows, and XMMS in linux. xmms chokes like hell with my playlist

now with over 6000 mp3's I just look for mp3 players with good playlist management. almost every player is disappointing in that regard. iTunes is pretty good though.
