None. I don't bloat much at all anymore. I did my first and 2nd bulkers, but really not much after that. Next time I run heavy test, like 800mg-1g/week, I'll probably use .5mg/day of adex just to get rid of some that I have, but usually I just keep nolva on hand and don't use an AI.

I've heard that it's TOO strong. I guess for the average cycle(ie.Test@500-600mgs,Dbol@25-30mgs ED, etc...) it is. It can put the clamps on your sex drive if you use too much. I think AAP was having a problem while using it.

I use the 1.25mg ed of the liquid femera on 750mg of test ew and 40mg of Dbol ed and it works great for me.

Exactly. Also I find that the lower that I keep my estrogen, then easier I lose the fat from my legs and ass. That's my problem area. So I attack it with all 3. Works great. I'm on a g of test along with other items and I'm not holding any water.

None, I like a little water when I'm on. I'll only use anti e's again if I get tingly nips.
