What do you use/do to lower Bodyfat %????

xrsist... you box? Have you done it long? I started at 8 years old then started martial arts at 21. My intensity has gone up and down over the years but now sparring in various forms and jui jitsu are my favorite cardio. I swim a bit but more seasonally as well as run. I do the cardio machines in winter/ bad weather only when I have to.

Run in the mournig before you eat your breakfast. than eat 5-6 egg whites and a 1/2 a cup of oatmeal for breakfast after cardio.

Very good idea, well thats exactly what I do, but I have a whey protein shake and a yogurt after my run.

Fasted state cardio breaks down muscle fibers and makes you lose the wrong weight!! :chomp:

yep... great bodies are built in the kitchen not in the gym/bottle...
 
I just eat really clean.
The big thing for me is to eat six meals on Saturday and Sunday.
If I don't I usually eat three each day. My metabolism crashes and I start to hold water again.
If I keep the diet spot on for two weeks I start seeing crazy changes.
Green tea twice a day is amazing also.

not if you have bcaa's/leucine/glutamine right b4 hand. fools your body into not going catabolic, but you still get the fat burning benefit. so says the science.
 
slat, you still running your so-called poor ma's diet of whey, whey then soem more whey....a ANPB and Eizekiel bread deluxo for lunch, then more fucking whey? I'm sure it's effective but boring as a mofo. You able to keep to it?

I would go without the yogurt and eat some cottage cheese

hey bro yer been boxing for about 7 or so years, i really get stuck into it during summer tho when im loooking to cut up it works well, winter is for lifting.

Good deal... boxing and martial arts in general is a great workout. Many people don't know how hard it is to stay on your toes, keep bobbing/ weaving, and throwing leather for even 5 rounds.

I spar/ train year round including lifting but I do bulk eat and focus more on power lifting in winter. I alternate PL style training/ 5x5s with BB style/ isolation year round but in winter, I definitely push the PL more.
