What do you typically eat for breakfast?

Im frickin' hungry. We just got home late last night from a weekend in CT, so I didnt get to do my usual weekend grocery shopping - we have no food to eat!! Im hungry as Gambino in a gay bar.

Im bringing a little bit of plain oats with cinnamon with me to work but wtf that'l tide me over for about 5 whole minutes.

5 egg whites, one whole egg. 1 1/2 cups cooked rolled oats w/cinnamon, splenda and a little skim milk. Just finished it.

10oz of gatorade with 2 scoops of unflavored whey.

When I'm good: 1) 2 scoops of PP 2) (at work) 1 cup of sweet potato and some whites.

When I'm bad: 1) 2 scoops of PP 2) (at work) a Protein Bar or Bagel w/ a little cream chesse & coffee

Today: 1) Bar @ 8:00am 2) (at work) 2 Boiled whites & nuts

I have to make my meals today. Lunch & Dinner is where I mess up if I'm not prepared.

or, 6 subway cookies with doritos and maybe some brownie cake with triple fudge icing and then some milk to wash that down oh and a soda with the doritos.
