As a matter of fact I just got called schnookums (sp) over the phone by a female from the corporate office that I deal with on a daily basis. Though not harassment, In today's society I wouldn't even think of calling a female coworker something like that.

I think I already do at the bar with the barbacks. I get away with it no problem however that is a different environment then an office. No one to harass at the office but if there was I was wondering if I would get away with it. I get my share of harassment at the bar from both bar staff and customers. I don't really care cause it comes with the job.
Any guys here ever make a formal HR complaint about I woman harassing them?
