What do you think of my diet?? bulking

This is just an example of my daily diet, it varyies a bit but usually about the same amount of protein and meal sizes.

Im not worried about eating clean because putting on fat isnt a problem, im very slim (140 lbs).

Dunno what you'll all think but it seams to be working well, stuck to six high protein meals a day since last wednesday and im up 4lbs.


heres an example of what i ate yesterday, started quite late cuz i was able to have a sleep in

Wholegrain sandwhich with tuna, cheese and cucumber

1.30
protein shake (33grams of protein 60 carbs)

3.30
egg-mayonais sandwhich (2 eggs), can of tuna

5.30
protein shake (33grams of protein 60 carbs)

8.00
2 haddock fillets

11.30
protein shake (33grams of protein 60 carbs)


^not my best day diet wise, usually try to get 4 meals and 2 shakes instead of 3 meals and 3 shakes. But anyway i def wouldnt be eating any less than that any day.
Also i had some snacks between these meals so i'm getting a bit more food than i wrote here.

Your diet seems quite small... but you are only 140lbs @ what height?? ... 5'2" or 6'5" ??

Simple guideline for bulking.... you should be FULL all the time.

The two protein shakes your having... I'd replace with whole foods if at all possible. At your size I will assume it may be hard getting in all the food you need... if so, stick with the shakes until you're stomach has grown and is ready to accept more foods.. then add in 2 more whole food meals.
