Well I am planning to follow this diet, just waiting for you to give me green light, or tell me how is it, my goal is to get bigger and solid with no fat, as supplements I'll be taking clenbuterol, my stats 1.83 mts height, 200lb, 25 yr, my body fat is probably around 12 or 14%

meal 1 8:00am: 2 fried eggs, cereal and milk, glutamine, fruit

meal 2 10.30am: a can of tuna, a plate of clean pasta, veggies

meal 3 11:30am: protein whey shake (22gr) plate of pasta, steak of red meat

meal4 1:00pm: protein whey shake (22gr) pasta and a steak of red meat

meal5 2:00pm: protein shake, boiled large potato or pasta

meal6 3:30pm: plate of lean meat, a plate of salad and fruit

meal7 6:00pm: a portion of lean meat and pasta

meal8 8:00pm: glass of milk and fruit

meal 9 10:30pm: glutamine, lean meat and some bread.

lots of water daily
lean meat= chicken or red meats

What do you think, something to remove or add? is it ok to reach my goal?, I train 3 times per week for 40 min and pretty intense, will start doing cardio 2 times per week.

Thanks bro's

I'd skip the shakes and eat more real food instead, cut out the fruit and I'm not a believer in dairy either. Where is your oatmeal and brown rice? also, think about adding fish in there

Personally,I wouldnt eat carbs and fat in the same meal,I would keep them separated. There is a great diet plan on the diet discussion board,it is by The One Crumb Cake. There is alot of good info in that thread.

Look like you have a solid base.

Cut that cereal and milk bullshit! Lol. Add 4-5 egg whites and make an omelette. You can add some low fat cheese.

"Fruit" means nothing to me, mango is a fruit, pineapple is a fruit and apple is a fruit, apples are good for you and the two other ones will make you fat.

Keep all the fruits in there, just cut back on the pasta and replace it with beans and oatmeal.

Not enough Fat here, add a tablespoon of High lignan Flax seed oil.

That 8pm meal is terrible, cut it out and eat the 10:30 meal at 9 pm but cut out the bread and add a scoop of whey.

Also you can train some bodypart more than once a week on clen, for example, I once trained my arms 5 times in the 2 weeks I was on clen and I gained nearly half an inch.

Also, you may want to get yourself some potassium supps, a bulking diet on clen can give you a terrible case of muscle cramps.

Drink 2 gallons of water a day.

These are the rules to follow if you want to get bigger.

Supply enough sufficient protein, which is roughly 1g of protein/lb of bodyweight, and have 50% rest of the calories come from carbs and then the remaining would be fat. Is your caloric intake ABOVE maintenance levels? That's the key, as you should eat 10-20% above maintenance levels.

ALSO, do a bodyfat check like once every two weeks, that way you can track the ratio of how much muscle you are gaining vs. fat. Obviously, if you are gaining more fat than you should, drop cals. If you are gaining weight but hardly much of it is fat, keep calories the same or experiment with going a higher caloric range.

If I gain on average of 50/50 muscle to fat ratio per week, I am a happy camper. And no, this is not muscle as in 'lean body weight', which supplement whores tend to focus on when it comes to gains in muscle. Since lean body weight also includes WATER levels too.

bro you need to count up the calories and protein, for bulking i recomend a minimum of 4000cals/day
