I sold everything 2 years ago and stopped powerlifting. Now i want to get back into it, but everything has gotten so expensive.

So i found this from new york barbell. I still need to get weights and a bench.

I want to know if i will be able to bench out of it too.

Yeah, you should be able to bench out of it no problem.

I'd ask to see if it has a maximum weight it can handle...
