I have 3 cycles under my belt, one was sustenon only, the other was deca and equ, and the last one was test enan with deca.
But this time I'm looking for 15 lbs of quality solid gains, my diet is on check, I eat lots of meat during the day, lots of clean carbs, whey, etc etc.
I train 4 times a week and do cardio 2 times per week.
My stats, aprox 180 lbs and 1.80 mts, 10% fat
