I am 22 years old. 205lbs and measure 6 foot with 14% body fat. I want to get ripped. Lokking to get 10% bf. I will be working with weights 4 times a week and be doing cardio about 3 hours a week. I will do a low carb/high protein diet. This is an example of what I would eat for 1 day. What do you think?
Meal 1: 10 egg white, 2 scoops of whey protein with water.
Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, little salad with olive oil or flax seed oil
Meal 3: 4 extra lean beef patties
Meal 4: 1 big lean Sirloin steak and 2 scoops of whey protein with water.
Meal 5: Some Cottage cheese
Meal 6: Casein protein mix
I will drink as much water as possible and my shakes have no carbs.
My workout is like this:
Monday: Shoulders, calves and abs
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Back, Triceps,45 minutes cardio
Thursday:45 minutes cardio empty stomach in the morning and Chest, Biceps at night
Friday:Off
Saturday: Legs, 30 minutes cardio
Sunday: 45 minutes cardio on empty stomach
