What do you think about this diet?

I am 22 years old. 205lbs and measure 6 foot with 14% body fat. I want to get ripped. Lokking to get 10% bf. I will be working with weights 4 times a week and be doing cardio about 3 hours a week. I will do a low carb/high protein diet. This is an example of what I would eat for 1 day. What do you think?

Meal 1: 10 egg white, 2 scoops of whey protein with water.

Meal 2: 2 Chicken breasts, little salad with olive oil or flax seed oil

Meal 3: 4 extra lean beef patties

Meal 4: 1 big lean Sirloin steak and 2 scoops of whey protein with water.

Meal 5: Some Cottage cheese

Meal 6: Casein protein mix

I will drink as much water as possible and my shakes have no carbs.

My workout is like this:

Monday: Shoulders, calves and abs
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Back, Triceps,45 minutes cardio
Thursday:45 minutes cardio empty stomach in the morning and Chest, Biceps at night
Friday:Off
Saturday: Legs, 30 minutes cardio
Sunday: 45 minutes cardio on empty stomach
 
1-cut out the red meat and add fish to replace it. Also, there is NO WAY you can do cardio after legs unless you are going way too easy on your leg workouts

Why no red meat? I don't eat any kind of fish so its a problem for me if I want to replace it. Any other things I can replace it with?

Bro..eat the meat...what is this shit about eating fish...DDC I challenge you to a pose down! I laugh at some of the bull shit you right! if you are limiting your carbs tat much, you need the extra fat in the meat!
 
I agree with DDC about doing cardio after legs, but not about the red meat.

If you can work the meat into your calorie ratios, go for it.

I agree with you...you at least have to have it to mix it up.
 
I think your post workout cardio is too much, even for cutting. 20 minutes post workout is plenty. Any more is catablolic IMO. If you need to do that much cardio, do it in the am, or at least do it separately from your workouts.
