I have struggled all my life with a fuckin really bad temper, on a beast cycle once I was dealing with some family shit and had a relapse and went absolutely mental I blacked out and when I calmed down My forehead was swollen my knuckles were bleeding and my house was completely trashed. So yeh it's real.
