What do you think about isopure?

The best 2 tasting protein powders I've ever tasted:
- Designer Whey (choc)
- Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex (choc)

Nitro-Tech wasnt bad, but we all know what the fuck is up with lame-ass MuscleTech. However, the 2 protein powders I listed are expensive as fuck. I think the regular cheap O.N. Protein was probably one of the worst I've ever used.

Agree with liquid muscle - lean body tastes like a sack of ass. Isopure is good so is myomax although it has carbs

I drank it for a while. Got sick of it. The stuff is very thin too like most whey isolate brands. I just go with the cheap whey concentrate. Whole foods are best throughout the day like Beezers said. Before I go to bed I drink a Dorian Yates MR peptide shake. It has a Casein/Whey mixture and like 4 grams of peptide glutamine. The slow burning casein protects the muscles while U sleep and the glutamine helps release growth hormone.

The new Rich Gaspari Quick Meal is very good (whey protein isolate) but only the chocolate flavor.

Very convenient - mixes completely with cold water without a blender (in it's own bottle.)

Obviously it's expensive though.
