What do you tell people when they ask, dude what the F are you on?

Why not straight up tell them?? Because you have used chemicals to get the body you have right now, im 100% natural myself and if i were to use i would straight up tell them i have used, i never lie unless its a cop or a girlfriend.. BTW i can easily tell when a dude is on the sauce its very easy.. So if you tell them no i havent and they find out it just makes you look like an asshole..

^^^i've talked to the old timers at my gym who are in their 50's.. they have juiced before, however they tell me today they do not and whatever its not my business. no reason to tell anyone you juice except your wife/gf as they live with you and will come across needles and other things anyway at some point.. so better to tell them and educate them on how knowledgeable you are but no one else, not even your parents need to know IMHO. friends are jealous pricks and they will just say "oh you juice thats why you are strong" blah blah blah anyway so i don't tell them either.

not always true. I know people and myself included, that unless you saw the progress I was making you wouldnt think I was on the juice. Not that im small, I just dont tend to hold onto alot of water so I never have the bloated look. Maybe when I run some deca, not sure.

Honestly i do NOT respect guys who try to hide it, i know its none of their business it just makes them look like a coward and you'll be labeled a coward through out the gym, however if someone is honest about it i respect them and do not tell anyone that he used, ex a dude at the gym i asked if he uses, straight up he said yes i take this that and i respect him for that, then we became good friends.. The only people i would hide it from if i were to try the sauce are:
girlfriends
cops
teenager/kids
People who talks shit behind your back..

it has absolutely nothing to do with how puffy or how fast you make progress.. You use steroids i will caught you.. Other people who have no clue might not be able to tell, but i can.. The signs are, zits on your back, steroids zits are diff than normal, how you look, how you talk, how strong you are by the way you look, your skin, shape of muscle, veins ( i know most is genetic but steroids amplify it), unmotivated after cycle, look good eating like shit and much much more..
I know some of you think this is nonsense but its damn true and i have seen it myself..
