What do you see your retirement life like?

I have wanted one for a long time and the kits are affordable. There is another site that has huge floorplans for studio type houses.... just one big open room with 20ft open beam ceilings, a seperate sleeping area and a kitchen 2000 sq ft. 1 inside and 1 outside shower, just killer... the house has sliding wood glass doors, accordian style along the whole front so you can have it open... I love it.

my previous landlord sold those kits on the side. he told me if i sell one that he will give me 10% commission but not too many people around here want one. i thought they were nice but i cant afford anything until my new business gets up and running then maybe ill look into it.

What age would you wanna retire? What would be a happy retirement life in your view?

I'll be 50 living in Las Cruces, NM. I love that place, no natural disasters and gets hot as fuck so its easy for me to lean out. Plus it is extremely cheap to live there. I need to freshen up on my spanish a little in the next 23 years.
