Doesn't anyone make a carb free bbq sauce?! ;) I've been stuck eating my steak plain which is getting old really fast! What are some clean things I can use to spice up my steak?

I like to just marinate it in Olive oil, thats it. I love the taste of a good steak and dont want anything impedeing that.

Even if you're low carbin, you should be able to get away with a teaspoon or two of BBQ sauce smeared all over the steak...

You could also try Steak or Hamburger seasoning, garlic salt, or any of the other hundreds of spices

montreal steak seasoning on the steak... or sometimes just grill with paprika, garlic, thyme, black pepper, and a bit of oyster sauce ......

I normally get creative and put a ton of spices on it. Most of the time it comes out great. In addition I spray it with olive oil. Those steaks are to die for.

olive oil, salt + pepper. I like it meaty,

all i do is season it with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and rub it with some olive oil.

:p

Thickly chop mushrooms...
Saute in olive oil till done...
Splash in a tablespoon or two of balsamic, let it sizzle and reduce a bit... pour over steak... doesn't get no better than that.

Montreal seasoning.
My own rub ( mix of pepper, chilli powder, garlic, and other things)
Sometimes just tons of black pepper and garlic
Sometimes i marinade, teryaki or lime+habeneros for a super spicy steak.

cajun spice
or montreal
or shits load of black pepper
for your own bbq sauce use tomato sauce (sugar free), red wine vinegar, splenda. worchestershire sauce, tobasco, curry powder, dijon mustard, thyme, coriander seed and chili powder
me i love horseradish mixed with dijon
also gotta be flame broiled
